We are a private investment firm led by partners with a strong background in senior leadership in large and small organizations in the relevant sectors, coupled with strong competencies in finance, strategy, operations, sales and growth. We are focused on investments in middle market, technology-enabled business services companies in the Western Hemisphere and India, including the following sectors: software as a service, business process outsourcing and information technology outsourcing. We invest in other sectors and geographies opportunistically where we have a clear view of where and how we can add value.

Our management style is intentionally focused on principles and values driving the decisions we make and the actions we take. We also hold a strong conviction that problem solving is a collaborative team sport, where each member of the team is considered an intellectual peer with an obligation to dissent where opposing views exist. After vigorous debate, the team must similarly work collaboratively to implement the decision made.
