Worked under consulting agreement to sell 50 acres of undeveloped land adjacent to Austin hospital campus owned by separate real estate limited partnership. 
 
Taking its name from the fusion of Austin and Round Rock, AuRo sits upon approximately 50.06 acres in Northwest Austin.  The site is located at the Southeast corner of CR 172 and SH 45 with easy access to MoPac Expressway.  Anchored by a new luxury hospital, AuRo is anticipated to be a vibrant mixed-use community that includes Office, Retail, Entertainment, Residential, and Hospitality uses with build-to-suit opportunities available.  A five acre community park with outdoor neighborhood amenities will be set upon the Southwest corner of the project to serve the surrounding area and its residents.
